Hello World

HELP: Provides information for commands.

DIR:  Displays a list of files and sub-directories in a directory.

CD: Changes the current directory.

CD ROOT: Navigate to the highest level directory.

CD ..: Navigate to the parent directory.

CD <FOLDER>: Navigates to the folder of that name, if it exists.

OPEN <FILE>.<TYPE>: Opens and displays the file

CONNECT <IP ADDRESS> <PASSWORD>: connects to another system

on the same network

EXIT: Quits the program.
